    • 1 small pack sugar free cherry Jell-O
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 3/4 cup Splenda Granular
    • 1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice (unsweetened)
    • 7 cups cold water
    • 2 liters diet ginger ale, chilled

Dissolve the gelatin and hot water in 4 quart, freezer proof container. Combine the Splenda, pineapple juice and cold water; add to the gelatin mixture. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Place in punchbowl and stir in ginger ale just before serving.
