    • 3/4 C Strawberries
    • 1/2 Med Banana
    • 8 Ice Cubes (8 oz water)

Pour all the ingredients into a blender & process until you achieve the desired consistency. I actually end up adding more ice because I like my smoothies very thick - almost like a milkshake
