Recipes Strawberry Pie (Vegetarian, Holidays, Dessert)

    • 3 1/2 cups sliced strawberries,
    • 4-5 packets Equal,
    • 1 1/4 cups water,
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch,
    • 1 large package sugar-free strawberry Jell-O, Pie Crust:
    • 1 stick diet margarine or 1/2 cup diet, margarine,
    • 1 1/4 cups flour,
    • 2 tablespoon skim milk

Add Equal to strawberries and set aside. Bring water and cornstarch to a boil, stirring until clear. Add Jell-O. Pour over strawberries. Put in cooled pie crust (recipe below). Chill until firm.

  Pie Crust: 

Melt margarine. Add milk and stir in flour. Form into a ball. Pour into 9" pie pan and press out. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
