Ingredients
    • 1 package dried apples (sugar-free, all natural),
    • 1/2 cup raisins,
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch,
    • 1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding (large),
    • 1 package D-Zerta (use milk to mix, instead of water),
    • 4 packages Equal,
    • 1 pie crust (cooked, cooled)
Instructions

Add 3 cups water to the dried apples and soak a few minutes. Cook at low heat for 30 minutes. Add raisins and cinnamon and cook another 15 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch with a small amount of water and add to boiling apples. Cook 5 minutes and set aside to cool. After mixture has cooled, add Equal and pour into pie crust. Mix pudding according to directions. Pour pudding over the apple filling and place in refrigerator while preparing D-Zerta topping. Add topping and refrigerate.
