Ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
    • Dash of nutmeg
    • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 1/4 cups broad noodles, cooked
    • 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup apple juice
    • 1/4 cup raisins
    • 1 tbsp. pecans, chopped
Instructions

Beat the egg and sugar until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts. Pour into well-oiled 8-inch baking pan. Sprinkle in nuts. Bake in 350° F oven for 40 minutes or until browned.
