Ingredients
    • 6 3-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 2 tbsp. parsley
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1/4 oz. slivered almonds
    • 3 egg whites
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Slightly beat egg whites in small bowl; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and almonds (reserve a few for garnish) in shallow dish. Dip chicken breasts in egg whites; roll in bread crumb mixture and arrange in 9x13-inch baking dish. Garnish with a few almond slivers. Bake 30 minutes.
