Ingredients
    • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
    • 1 small jar chopped pimento
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1/4 cup fat-free French Dressing
    • Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions

Saute green pepper and onion in non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in corn and add the other ingredients. Lower heat and cook for five minutes, stirring often.
